Dr. Robin McLeod 
SENIOR INVESTIGATOR

Dr. Robin McLeod is a Senior Investigator with the Lunenfeld with a background in clinical epidemiology. Dr. McLeod´s research interests support her clinical activity in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and colorectal diseases and is designed to impact directly on patient care. Her team undertakes clinical trials of a number of different surgical procedures for a variety of conditions, to determine the best surgical procedures to use. Quality of life following surgery is another area of Dr. McLeod´s research program. She researches the recurrence of post-operative Chron’s disease, surgical advances in ulcerative colitis, and colorectal cancer.
